Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect Management:
o Handle incoming leads generated by our marketing team
o Arrange meetings with new prospect property owners, visit and present the benefits of working with Bolthole Retreats
o Provide timely and professional follow-up to convert properties
o Manage the onboarding of new owners with the support of the content writers
2. Business Development:
o Proactively reach out to existing property owners, housekeepers, financial advisors, etc. to build a new business pipeline
o Research and attend trade shows, networking events and other business opportunities with the support of the marketing team to grow connections
3. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, offering personalized solutions and support to meet their needs
o Support the Content Writers and Owner Services team to deliver outstanding customer service to new owners
4. Sales Strategy:
o Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
o Create pricing strategies with the support of the business for converted prospects to maximize exposure and income for our owners
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
5. In-House:
o Work with the Directors to ensure the portfolio variety is optimized
o Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management
o Ad-hoc business project work
o Support the marketing team on the development of new experience partnerships
About You:
* Ideally, you will have at least 3-5 years of previous experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* You will have strong negotiation and communication skills
* A natural talent for great communication – through face-to-face meetings, over the phone, and on email
* A passion for the holiday market and the countryside would be a huge positive, with a good geographical knowledge of the Cotswolds and surrounding areas
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
* Good numeracy and data interpretation skills
* A full UK driving licence
* IT literacy is essential
You will be enthusiastic, passionate, and a self-starter who thrives on excitement and shares our team's love for the thrill of closing a sale.

* Salary - £28,000pa -£34,000pa depending on experience + property recruitment commission
