We are currently recruiting a Registered Children's Manager on behalf of our client to manage one of their homes for children. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and development of the young people in care. The role holder will manage staff, uphold high standards of care, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. A key aspect of the role involves fostering a nurturing, stable environment, supporting young people through their challenges, and encouraging personal growth. Additionally, the role holder will ensure the home operates efficiently, remains within budget, and meets all legal and safeguarding requirements.
