We are looking for a Teaching Assistant in Southampton that is looking for either long-term, short-term or part-time role. \n\nThe suitable candidates will have experience of supporting children in school and must be able to manage behaviour and motivate students in class.\n \nWe are looking for a teaching assistant who is able to;\n\nProvide assistance and supervision for children during the school day\nAssist children to understand and participate in class\nWork on a 1:1 basis with students if necessary\nHelp to build confidence and motivation\nAdapt to various tasks and needs\nLive locally to / be able to travel into WinchesterAs you may be required to cover at different schools in and around the Southampton area having your own transport is desirable but not essential.
