Facilities Manager required for a leading global law firm. TheSenior Facilities Manager will oversee the seamless delivery of workplace operations across its flagship London office. This is a high-profile role, requiring a strategic leader with a strong background in Corporate FM / Professional Services, who can drive excellence across facilities, compliance, and workplace experience. Senior Facilities Manager Responsibilities:
* Oversee facilities and workplace operations, ensuring a best-in-class environment for employees and visitors
* Manage vendor contracts and outsourced service providers, maintaining high standards across cleaning, M & E, security, catering, and front-of-house services
* Lead on health & safety, compliance, and workplace risk management, ensuring full regulatory adherence
* Drive space planning and office utilisation strategies, supporting business needs and employee experience initiatives
* Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance real estate investment decisions and workplace efficiencies
* You will be responsible for ensuring all facilities services are delivered in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and continuously monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
* Manage business continuity planning and incident response protocols, ensuring operational resilience
* Oversee the seamless delivery of client and employee events, ensuring a world-class visitor experience
Who We're Looking For:
* Extensive facilities management experience within professional services, legal, financial services, or corporate environments
* Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements
* Experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced service contracts
* A commercially astute leader, able to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, working with senior leadership teams
* A problem-solver with a passion for creating outstanding workplace experiences
