We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dayforce Specialist Lead to join our Workforce Payroll Solutions (WPS) team, with specific experience and knowledge in Workforce Management (e.g. rostering, scheduling, time & attendance). As a Specialist Lead you will play a crucial role in driving successful implementation projects for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing support, advice and guidance to team members to help educate and develop their solution capabilities.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Dayforce Workforce Management Specialist Lead, your day will involve configuring and optimising the Dayforce System, engaging with clients through consultations and training sessions to address their needs and ensure satisfaction, managing project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery, mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring seamless integration of Dayforce solutions with clients’ IT systems.
Your interactions with clients will focus on understanding their requirements, providing tailored solutions with clients’ IT systems through testing. Enough about us, let's talk about you
You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll, and workforce management technology. While you’ll certainly have deep expertise in workforce management (including rostering, scheduling and time & attendance), you’ll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.
Requirements :
* Proven experience (min. 3 years) as a senior specialist implementing, supporting or working with Workforce management solutions.
* Experience in interpreting, formalising, and communicating requirements in a business analyst or functional consultant role.
* Specialist knowledge in Dayforce payroll or equivalent technology; however, ‘hands-on’ direct experience in Dayforce would be a major advantage.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
* Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas are advantageous.
