Job Description
My client is a rapidly expanding app-based company in Central London, specialising in the market research and paid survey arena (Top 100 Lifestyle App Store). With millions of users worldwide answering millions of surveys per month, they are looking for an operations analyst with strong customer-facing and data analysis skills to assist them in identifying patterns and trends, turning them into quantifiable insights, and using those to inform strategic decision-making and product development.
Duties
* Perform day-to-day operational activities of the business, such as customer support, payments, and data analysis.
* Work with colleagues to support the business’s customers and communicate with partners.
* Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform decision-making and optimize performance.
* Participate in product development by sharing user insights, testing new features, and contributing to product roadmaps.
* Be curious about the product and its usage, regularly exploring new features, gathering feedback, and proposing improvements.
* Communicate and build relationships with business partners, fostering strong collaborations and identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience working in customer support, technical customer support, financial operations, finance middle/back office, or a similar position.
* Ability to use tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (like Looker and Google BigQuery) for analyzing data sets to identify trends, detect anomalies, and support decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong knowledge of English.
* Self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team.
* Experience working on consumer apps with large numbers of active users and multi-language support is beneficial.

Location
* Based in London with a minimum of 2 days a week in-person at the office required.
