Parts Advisor Job Opportunity – Camborne, Cornwall
Salary: Up to £13.50 per hour (DOE) + Overtime at Time and a Half
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
2. Saturdays on a rota basis: 08:00 - 12:00
The Role
We are working with a highly regarded client in the automotive industry to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor for their Camborne location. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to providing top-quality service to their parts customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and allocating vehicle parts efficiently.
2. Monitoring stock levels to maintain inventory accuracy.
3. Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
4. Taking and processing customer orders accurately.
5. Liaising with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely and correct dispatch of parts, exceeding customer expectations where possible.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Industry Experience: Essential experience working with commercial vehicle parts.
2. System Knowledge: Familiarity with Kerridge/ADP systems is a strong advantage.
3. Customer Service Skills: A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
4. Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain excellent relationships.
5. Organisational Ability: Highly adaptable with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
6. Licence: A valid driving licence is required.
