Job Title: Accounts Payable Team Leader (12-Month Contract) Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Team Leader to join a diverse company on a 12-month contract. This role will provide essential support to the Financial Controller in managing the Accounts Payable function. Key Responsibilities: Lead the accurate and timely processing, authorisation, and payment of all supplier invoices and employee expense claims. Train and develop the Accounts Payable team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Participate in initiatives to enhance and streamline accounts payable processes, such as invoice consolidation, standardization of supplier payment terms, and implementation of purchase orders. Act as a support and backup for the Transactional Finance Manager, and provide coverage for other Team Leaders as needed. Ensure quality standards are met in the accounts payable processes. Drive process improvements and oversee relevant projects to boost operational efficiency. Interested in Applying?
