Job Description
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live safer and more independent lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
