Sinclair are currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analysis Manager at their Chester office. The Senior Financial Analysis Manager’s role is to provide accurate and timely planning, reporting, analysis, and insight with a key focus on ROI. To enhance & create reports and models that make data more visible and actionable to senior management. To work as part of a team to drive the ongoing commercial success of the business through identifying risks and opportunities.

Description:
Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?
Essential:
You should have a proven track record of success in a similar FP&A position within a professional or business/corporate services environment.
• You will have the ability to tackle multiple projects and attain deliverables.
• Develop reports from conception.
• Use Power BI, PowerPivot or equivalent tools to cascade information to the business.
• You will be innovative, and data driven.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience
• Managing key stakeholders at different levels of seniority within the business
• Experience of identifying areas for improvement
• Excellent level of Excel skills (at least intermediate)
• Fluent in English and Chinese
Desirable:
• Use of OLAP cubes for analysis
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of ERP system and Consolidation reporting.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Chinese is mandatory.
• Working experience in international HQ is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• To provide accurate & timely financial reports, analysing the current financial position of the Group.
• In Charge of monthly performance analysis, Identifying areas of improvement.
• In charge of reports to teams in China, including monthly ops report/board meeting material etc.
• Drive a culture of cost consciousness & ROI, embedding ownership of costs with all stakeholders and each business leader.
• Work across the organisation, providing support to those that need it and obtaining information when it is required.
• Adapt reporting to make it more user friendly and actionable by the business. Working with the MIS team & Power BI Dev to enhance & implement new systems and reports.
• Develop ad hoc business analysis & projections.
• Assist with the budget process, taking ownership for preparing templates, aiding with the business and reporting budget information to parent company.
