The Marsh Harrier is located in the town of Southport, which is close to Formby and right in the middle between Liverpool and Preston. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets, and mixed housing.
The pub is only a short walk from the famous Southport Beach and Pier and all the local tourist attractions.
Demographics:
The pub benefits from being one of 2 pubs found in an area of around 4,300 adults. The majority customer base is made up of midlife carefree and mature adults.
The offer:
Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the pub has a tried and tested food and drinks offer. The food currently makes up 25% of the pub's total sales.
