The Opportunity As a Business Process Analyst - Finance and Supply Chain, you’ll play a critical role in reimagining finance processes through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Your expertise in SAP FICO and FSCM will drive process optimisation, seamless system integration, and adoption across the business. You'll collaborate closely with diverse teams to design, implement, and embed innovative financial processes that align with best practices. What You’ll Be Doing Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops with finance teams and technical partners to gather and analyse requirements, bridging the gap between technical possibilities and business needs. Process Design & Optimisation: Conduct gap analyses, design finance solutions, and validate their alignment with organisational goals and SAP best practices. Solution Delivery: Lead testing efforts, data migration strategies, and configuration support for SAP FICO and FSCM modules. Change Management: Partner with stakeholders to ensure user adoption, develop training materials, and support a smooth transition to new systems. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records, including process documentation, action plans, and training resources. What We’re Looking For Skills & Experience: Finance and SAP Experience: Experience in a finance or financial supply chain role, with substantial exposure to SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules, ideally within a large or complex organisation. Finance Process Mastery: Experience as a Business Process Analyst or SAP Super User in financial supply chain transformation projects Analytical & Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to analyse processes, manage multiple priorities, and identify opportunities for improvement. Communication & Facilitation: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and document outcomes effectively. Why Apply?
