The Opportunity
Seeking a motivated Graduate to Building Surveyor/Project Manager to join the team in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for professionals with 1-2 years of experience who are looking to progress their career in building surveying and project management, with a particular focus on the education sector and public sector projects. The successful candidate will work on client-side roles, acting as an extension of client teams, managing an education/higher education portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering building surveying and project management services with a focus on education/public sector projects.
* Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
* Supporting and leading projects from inception to completion.
* Preparing CAD designs (advantageous but not essential).
* Providing professional advice on building regulations, planning permissions, and compliance.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients across the Midlands and London regions.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years in building surveying or project management roles OR Qualified Education: Graduate-level qualification in Building Surveying or a related field. Professional Accreditation: Working towards or achieved APC/RICS/CIOB qualification. Technical Skills: CAD proficiency is an advantage. Location: Based in the Midlands with flexibility to cover further if required.
Remuneration Package
* Graduate: £25k – 30k per annum.
* Qualified: £50k – 60k per annum (dependent on experience).
