Job Description
Responsibilities of the Sales Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for:
* Being fully accountable for sales.
* Driving new business.
* Hitting your own new business targets.
* Controlling and maintaining overall trading margin.
* Managing a team of Field Sales Representatives and the Internal Sales Team.
* Managing recruitment of the sales team when required.
* Attending trade events.
* Working with the senior management team to develop company strategy.
* Presenting budgets, strategy plans and mid-year reviews.
* Reporting weekly updates to the Managing Director and Head of Finance.
