You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that insight and data underpins everything we do, providing the strategic direction of our customer marketing activity, aiding the shaping and framework for your delivery teams. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you’ll be doing: Lead out the delivery of our annual Marketing priorities. Set and shape the correct approach for each of our underlying hypothesis. Support the step-change required, increasing our contribution to both business and customer. Lead integrated initiatives, such as new feature launches, mandatory activities and special projects. Enable actionable insights across a variety of methods, including campaigns, influencing key stakeholders and helping support the increase in customer satisfaction. Be a confident communicator, creating strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Maintain clear communication, simplifying complex proposals. Bring in high quality external thinking. Constructively ‘agitate’ to ensure we are operating at the right pace. Act as a Marketing role model and customer champion within AXA Health. Broad Marketing experience, enabling different and alternative perspectives across Financial Services, Health and Wellbeing activities. Outstanding presentational, engagement and communication skills; ability to adjust style to situation and audience. Solid commercial understanding, ability to work in partnership with wider stakeholders. Excellent storyteller, able to engage a diverse group of stakeholders. Good knowledge and understanding of adhering to and managing within a regulated environment. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, professional in your approach. Track record of seeking excellence in the service we can provide to our customers. Confident in being able to use metrics to assess success.
