Role Responsibility
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages to the lounge customers' satisfaction.
* Set the bars, ensuring the condiments, glasses, cups, etc., are neatly arranged.
* Load service counters as directed and ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
* Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, with sofa chairs and tables arranged as per the lounge plan.
* Assist the chef with food preparations, such as fruit plates and cheese boards.
* Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.
The Ideal Candidate
* Front of house and customer-facing experience.
* An element of food experience.
* Highly motivated.
* Able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
Package Description
* Seasonal position starting April and ending October.
* Must be 18+ due to serving at the bar.
* Shift pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off between 7:30 am - 4 pm.
* Staff car parking.
* Mandatory vetting.
* Full training provided.
* You must be able to provide 5 years of UK working history and 5 years of address history.
* Permanent contract once the vetting process is complete.
