Commercial Account Executive
Are you a Commercial Account Executive with over 3 years’ experience gained from within a brokerage? Are you passionate about providing an industry service to a wide range of commercial clients from property & liability through to motor trade & motor fleet? Your responsibilities
* Build long-standing relationships with new and existing clients.
* Utilise your insurance industry knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities to generate new business.
* Use relationship-building skills to grow and retain a profitable book of business.
* Enhance your networking skills to develop a sustainable pipeline of new business covering a wide range of commercial insurance products.
* Demonstrate your self-motivated and hardworking nature to meet and exceed set income & retention targets.
* Drive quality, consistency and accuracy in all aspects of the sales and retention process.
* Use your excellent communication and client handling abilities to ensure an outstanding client experience at all times.
The skills and experience needed to ensure success?
* 3 years previous experience in a sales role, ideally face to face with a proven track record.
* Working towards, or a desire to gain CII qualifications.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst displaying flexibility and adaptability.
* Always acts with due care, skill and diligence.
* Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Work Location: In person
Salary: Negotiable – Dependant on experience.
