We currently have an opportunity available for a Customer Services Apprentice to join our CAME Parkare Customer Services Team, based at Castle Donington.
The supporting course will gain you a Customer Service Practitioner - Level 2 qualification.
(£15,000 per annum basic salary, with an additional £1,200 company turnover bonus per annum- applicable following the probationary period and paid quarterly.)
As a Customer Services Apprentice you will work as part of our small customer services team to carry out customer services support, sales administration and general business administration tasks, to support our own engineers and parking customers.
The qualification will require off the job hours within your working week, completed in the office and the course is remote (through Derby College), meaning you will not need to commute to the college to complete the qualification! The course length is 1 year, but may require additional time upon reaching your end point assessment.
