Senior Solicitor/Associate - Property & Infrastructure Disputes

Iconic Resourcing are looking for a 3-6 year PQE Contentious Construction lawyer to join a dynamic and specialist Construction and Infrastructure Disputes team within our clients’ Commercial Disputes and Regulation division. The team represents major UK contractor, subcontractor, and employer clients in high-quality disputes across the construction and engineering sector, including infrastructure, energy, and civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality advice on complex, high-value issues to sophisticated commercial clients.
* Represent clients in mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and court proceedings across the UK, including London and Edinburgh.
* Assist in documenting settlements and dispute-related agreements.
* Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their objectives are met effectively.
* Engage in professional negligence and other dispute-related matters.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* 3-6 years PQE in contentious construction law.
* Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
* Excellent knowledge of the UK construction and engineering sector.
* Proven ability to manage complex legal issues and deliver tailored solutions.
* Knowledge of ADR and formal legal proceedings.
