Site Administrator
Location: Hertford
Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum
08.30 - 17.30, Flexible working available, Overtime available
Ridgeway & Co are working with plumbing and heating contractor currently seeking a motivated and organized Site Administrator to join their dynamic team and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the day-to-day administration of operations.
* Maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance, deliveries, and materials.
* Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence.
* Facilitate communication between teams and suppliers.
* Manage documentation related to health and safety compliance.
* Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
* Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies as needed.
* Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or plumbing and heating sector.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and documentation is a plus.
* A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
