Description We are looking for a talented People Support Administrator to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our People Support department in Huddersfield, United Kingdom. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Enhancing Data Accuracy: By ensuring the accuracy and completeness of workforce information in Human Resources Information Systems, you'll help maintain reliable data for decision-making. Supporting Compliance: Conducting regular data-entry audits and assisting with internal audit requests will help ensure compliance with key legislative requirements and internal policies. Streamlining Processes: Coordinating Human Resources business process activities will support the achievement of timelines and quality objectives, making HR operations more efficient. Facilitating Recruitment: Providing staffing and recruiting support, including coordinating recruiting activities and conducting reference checks, will help attract and onboard top talent. Improving Employee Experience: By coordinating new hire orientation assignments and activities, you'll help new employees integrate smoothly into the organization. Administering Benefits: Partnering with shared services and corporate HR to coordinate standard compensation processes and benefits administration will ensure employees receive their entitled benefits accurately and timely. Documenting Investigations: Assisting in documenting investigations will contribute to maintaining a fair and transparent workplace environment. Creating Employment Contracts: Drafting employment contracts as required by local law or practice will ensure legal compliance and clarity in employment terms. Responsibilities To be successful in this role you will need the following: HR Administration Expertise: A solid background in HR administration to effectively manage and administer various HR processes, including handling general queries, managing employee absences, processing changes/leavers, and maintaining employee records. HR Qualification: Having obtained or currently studying towards an HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or above) to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills to support HR activities. Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively within a team of People Support Administrators and with external teams such as eTime, Payroll, and Total Rewards. Adaptability and Efficiency: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently executing tasks and projects while adapting to changing priorities and demands. Qualifications Education/Experience: A solid background in HR administration to effectively manage and administer various HR processes, including handling general queries, managing employee absences, processing changes/leavers, and maintaining employee records. Having obtained or currently studying towards an HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or above). Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
