We'll rely on you to promote or maintain the physical capabilities and independence of each patient you work with, and record interactions and observations when appropriate. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant at Barchester, you'll make a real difference to our patients' day-to-day lives by helping them regain their independence where they can.
ABOUT YOU To join us as an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you'll need a Level 2 NVQ related to care or promoting independence, and be willing to work towards a Level 3 NVQ or Level 2 QCF in Healthcare as you work with us. An ambitious and compassionate individual, you'll have previous experience in a care or customer service environment. Finally, and most importantly, you'll understand the importance of privacy, dignity, choice and consent, upholding these basic rights at all times.
