Key Accounts Executive for The One Group LTD
Role: Regional SHE Manager
Location: Oxford (Covering all surrounding areas)

Are you an experienced SHE Manager or H&S Advisor, looking for your next challenge in the Civil Engineering sector? If so, this is the role for you.
You will be taking up the post of Regional SHE Manager, covering Oxford and all the surrounding areas. You will be covering the key responsibilities and accountabilities below.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Manage the Safety Advisors within your region and undertake joint site visits, provide advice, guidance, support and development. Review documentation and give guidance where necessary, promoting safe working practices across the region.
2. Use data analytics from our management system and information from investigation reports to spot trends, areas of concern, develop and manage the risk management system in the Region.
3. Lead on Principle Contractor jobs, provide good advice and guidance on company compliance with legislation and company procedure. Assess needs during the lifecycle of the project.
4. Assist the regions with identification of regional training needs liaising with the Health and Safety Admin Manager, deliver company safety presentations and development of other regional staff to further their knowledge of company Health and Safety requirements. Develop and deliver Health and Safety training across the region when necessary.
5. Undertake serious accident investigation with appropriate follow up measures. Review reports with the company SHE Manager.
6. Represent the company externally at briefings, site meetings, investigations and audits.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Health and Safety and/or have the necessary health and safety qualifications, NEBOSH or other relevant qualification.
2. Experience as a Safety Advisor or manager in groundworks or construction within civils and housing.
3. Experience in creating safety policies, RAMS and CPP’s and compliance audit and advisory visits.
4. Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations.
5. High level of skill with policy creation and interpretation.
6. Excellent IT, communication and reporting skills (able to report to all levels).
7. Ability to develop the H&S Advisors under your management with regular CPD reviews.
8. Clean driving license.
