YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE: To ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage and hospitality are demonstrated at all times by: Complete all relevant procedures in relation to the respective department as laid down by the company. Promote the desired work culture around our company values. Deliver food and beverage service to a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
