Our client is seeking a Property Data Administrator. They are based in Farnham providing nationwide surveying of housing. They are looking for someone to join them with experience and knowledge of surveying or similar experience to join their dynamic team, working alongside a team of experienced colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Compile, validate, and process servicer data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with official records
Analysis: Interpret images and information, and verify asset details (e.g., location, size, usage, condition)
Reporting: Create official reports and write-ups based on validated data
Geospatial Validation: Ensure GIS data aligns with public property boundaries, zoning regulations, and land-use maps
Consistency Checks: Compare digital maps with real-world locations and validate maintenance logs for infrastructure compliance
Data Verification: Confirm the accuracy and timeliness of public datasets, such as maps or property records
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure data meets transparency requirements and adheres to laws, municipal standards, and environmental protectionsKey Experience:
Experience using MS Packages, especially MS Excel
Competency using IT software
Knowledge of the public property sector
The ability to analyse data and compile it together
