PROFILE
1. Master’s degree in motorsport, mechanical, or automotive-related engineering discipline.
2. Previous performance engineering experience in FE/F1/WEC – minimum of 5 years.
3. Excellent knowledge of vehicle dynamics, tyres, and control systems.
4. Proficient with data analysis; previous experience with Wintax is an advantage.
5. Knowledge of analysis software and Matlab.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Good understanding of lap time simulation tools and simulator environments.
