This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills to be the main point of contact for residents during night shifts, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and responsive environment. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for resident queries, concerns, and emergencies during night shifts. Conducting regular building walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are upheld. Handling minor maintenance issues and reporting larger problems through the appropriate channels. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout shifts. Ensuring security protocols are followed and responding to any security-related issues. Completing detailed shift reports and handing over relevant information to the daytime team. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential. Must have own transport and be willing to travel between sites if required. Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor. Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively handle emergencies.
