Job Purpose
The post holder will lead the community nursing vaccination team and will take responsibility and be accountable for the assessment and implementation of a high quality vaccination service which will be delivered to a range of people in a variety of settings across the whole of NHS Lothian.
The post holder will collaborate with other community nursing teams to ensure equity of care to all community groups across NHS Lothian.
The post holder will coordinate the community vaccination team under the direction of the CNM and programme lead.
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult), then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
