Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, coaching, and developing the Technical, NPD, and Hygiene teams.
* Designing and implementing product quality strategies.
* Ensuring timely customer query resolution and technical standard implementation.
* Managing NPD processes and collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
* Designing and delivering ESG plans and ensuring packaging legislation compliance.
* Maintaining site accreditations and resolving non-conformances.
Required skills and experience:
* Food science degree or equivalent experience in the food manufacturing industry.
* Proven technical liquid development experience.
* Workplace Health & Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability experience.
* Knowledge of organic, production, and accreditation.
* BRC and HACCP standards experience.
* Leadership and team development experience.
