We strive for EGScellence in all that we do About the Role The Personal Assistant to the Principal plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for the Principal and the wider school. You will be responsible for managing the Principals diary and leading on in-school communications, including letter writing, emails and supporting with social media. About You You will require excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive attitude. You will have the ability to keep calm under pressure, ensuring that the Principal has everything required to lead a highly successful school. Our children are at the forefront of everything we do, and therefore, previous experience in a school setting is preferred, although training can be provided to fully understand the inner workings of a large secondary school. You must: Have excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation abilities. Be able to remain calm and resilient when dealing with both children and adults. Have the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Be self-motivated, a creative thinker, organised and committed.
