Branch Administrator
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Post Recruitment is looking for a Branch Administrator to join an extremely successful team.
The role will include:
1. Smart AP: Authorise purchases (up to a certain amount) on the central system.
2. Invoices: Upload purchase invoices that arrive in the post and send them to Accounts Payable.
3. Credit Card: Internet purchases from the branches using a credit card.
4. Cheques: Bank and scan cheques from customers.
5. Concur: Input expense transactions onto the system for approval.
6. Order Release: Liaise with Credit Control and branches/customers when a customer is over credit limit or hasn’t paid.
7. Till Closures: Close tills every day in the branches.
8. Customers: Communicate with customers regarding payments and invoice queries.
9. Filing: Manage purchase orders, post, and cash banking.
10. New Accounts & Credit Limit Uplifts: Conduct pre-credit checks via Experian, Top Service, and send to MD for credit limit recommendations.
11. General Admin Support: Provide support to the 3 branches with other administrative duties.
12. Relationship Building: Establish relationships with key personnel in the wider finance teams.
The role will require somebody who can bring the following skillset and attributes:
1. Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced organisation.

5. Able to work under pressure.
