Reed accountancy have recently partnered up with a business based in Knowsley who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their growing team. This is a full time position and is fully office based so will require someone who would be in a position to travel to this location daily.
The Role
* Must be able to create weekly and monthly financial reports
* Identification and explanation of variances to budget
* A key point of contact to the larger finance function
* Responsible for invoicing and liaising with the credit control team
* Stay in regular contact with the management team
* Support in the preparation of budgets
* Dealing with any mileage and expense claims and tracking any bonus and commission
The Person
* Must have excellent attention to detail
* Must have good experience with MS Office especially Excel
* Good communicator both written and verbal
* Adaptable and a good team player
