Vertu Motors - F& I Development Manager Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an F&I Development Manager to join our team This is a full-time permanent role offering a £50,000 basic salary with an OTE £70,000 plus a company car and other company benefits. Due to the nature of this role, regular travel across the UK will be required. Working closely with the senior management team you’ll agree and measure performance against finance and insurance plans. You will be instrumental in identifying coaching and training requirements, ensuring a consistent sales process is followed to drive sales and F&I performance levels in conjunction with senior managers. You will be required to work closely with sites that require additional development and support. You’ll be either an experienced F&I Manager or an accomplished Sales Manager looking for the next step in their career. You will be results orientated with a track record of achievement, have great planning and organisational skills and excellent influential communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, coach and motivate at all levels.
