Our growing client based in LS27 are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on an ongoing basis with the chance to go permanent.
Your role:
* Communicating with Field and Internal Sales Teams confirming bookings.
* Dealing with enquiries/escalations from the wider business.
* Checking weekly invoices and challenging any discrepancies.
* Ensuring all customers/escalations/claims are logged and up to date.
* Working effectively to meet targets.
* Providing feedback to Internal Sales Teams.
* Assisting the Team Leader to produce meaningful KPIs and weekly reporting.
* Responding to all incidents in a timely manner.
* Handling calls from Clients/Customers for queries with suppliers.
The ideal candidate:
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work in a timely manner.
We have 2 shifts available:
1. Monday to Friday 12.00-18.30.
2. Must work 5 days including Monday and Saturday; have Sunday off and days through the week.
