Groomfield Recruitment are looking for a dedicated enthusiastic individual to join one of their clients in Tamworth B79 as an Office Administrator. This role would be working in a well-established client who has a friendly and busy office. Benefits: Additional holiday allowance. Christmas shut down period. Pension contribution. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and 08:30 to 16:00 Friday. Pay: £12.21 (To be reviewed after 12 weeks of employment) This Office Administrator position is initially on a three-month contract with a permanent position offered once this period is complete. As an Office Administrator, duties will include: Answering and making telephone calls Dealing with incoming and outgoing post Maintaining good customer service communication and relationships Processing customer orders and quotes with great attention to detail Training will be provided in using the necessary software Payment processing General administrative tasks The successful Office Administrator will have the below skills: Previous administrative experience. Confident telephone manner. Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. Attention to detail when it comes to data entry is essential Able to work within a busy office environment as part of a team and an individual.
