Key description of the role:
We are seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker at our Ipswich supported living services to support customers with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and lead the life they choose.
As a Night Support Worker you will meet customer needs, promote independence and encourage our customers to develop skills by supporting them to:
1. Undertake personal care where required
2. Assist with mobility
3. Support and prompt with tasks
4. Oversee the monitoring of illness, health concerns, and changes in behaviors
5. Manage paperwork
The Ideal Candidate:
You may have experience in a similar role or may be looking for a new career.
