POSITION OVERVIEW We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Kitchen Brigade as a Commis Chef. Our Commis Chef will be committed to assisting the Chef De Parties in daily preparation of service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. As a Commis Chef, responsibilities also include being fully conversant in all menus, in particular items which are the responsibility of your section and their recipes and quantities.
