1. I follow all company routines and adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
2. I understand and deliver the safe and legal routines on my department.
3. I follow security and lockdown routines for my department/Centre.
4. I understand the performance and plans for my department and Centre.
5. I complete a variety of administration/clerical activities as detailed in the Distribution operating policies and procedures.
6. I deliver department routines 'right first time' using the training I have received.
7. I share innovative ideas and good practises with colleagues.
8. I actively participate and get involved with community and charity initiatives.
9. I follow our business code of conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
You will be responsible for
10. I support the flow of Drivers into the Distribution Centre to maintain efficiency and availability of work.
11. I support Drivers booking into the Centre and the use of lockers where needed, to minimise turnaround times and maximise workflow.
12. I support the integrity of the booking system by reporting and escalating any issues to relevant people that have the potential to impact the flow of work.
13. I support and assist Warehouse colleagues where required in the resolution of stock issues and exceptions, to minimise operational impacts and maximise the flow of work availability.
14. I monitor Warehouse systems to ensure we maximise the availability of equipment to perform operational roles and service our Stores.
15. I print and monitor system reports to ensure exceptions and issues are kept to a minimum, escalating any issues found.
16. I complete key system actions to ensure system housekeeping and reporting at end of day/week/period/year is accurate.
17. I complete system housekeeping routines.
18. I ensure that the stock integrity of products entering the Centre is maintained and stock issues are identified, adjusted and reported correctly.
19. I ensure deliveries are closed and exceptions completed correctly so supplier receipting is created on time.
20. I support the completion of Over The Bank/Trunking routines, to ensure the customer receives the right product on time.
21. I ensure accurate stock counting and stock resolution are completed to maintain service to the customer.
22. I ensure all abandoned pallets are resolved correctly in a timely manner to maximise service to the customer.
23. I support in the resolution of supplier payment queries.
24. I complete comprehensive handovers to colleagues, outlining any outstanding issues to be resolved.
25. I perform weekly checks on operational and consumable equipment that are key to maintaining efficiency, capturing findings and reporting any required resolutions.
