We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Wagamama. As a leader in the kitchen, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive environment for our guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team, focusing on training and development to maintain high standards.
* Manage the line, planning shifts to ensure adequate coverage and work collaboratively with the team to achieve kitchen goals.
* Support the kitchen's food, health, and safety standards, and contribute to the financial performance of the kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
* Celebrate success with the team, recognizing individual achievements and needs.
