GDi are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar business support role. Key Activities and Accountabilities: Provide General Office Duties and front desk support, and any other duties as assigned by the Directors. Diary management- makes and amends appointments, arranges meeting rooms, tracks responses and organises refreshments if required. Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office. Responsible for taking new client queries (including relevant details of the background to the query). Anticipate requirements for meetings i.e. organise papers, directions, backgrounds/profile information. Scanner register maintenance and arranging collection, delivery etc as required. Sourcing travel and accommodation, organising all aspects of travel. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Event organisations for the team. Supporting Directors with any projects. Essential Skills & Abilities: A friendly and approachable attitude, to represent the company and always promote professionalism. Good at building relationships with clients and well staff members. A self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative will be well rewarded within this position. Willingness to learn and the ability to adapt, as no two days will be the same. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. Proficient in the preparation of Excel spreadsheets.
