Role: Receptionist Type: Permanent (Part-time) Hours: Mon-Fri, 9AM-1PM (20 hours per week) Role: Greeting clients and visitors Managing post in and out - scanning, recording of post in and allocating to appropriate member of staff, preparation of post out to include drafting of cover letters where necessary and forwarding/emailing post received to clients. Office maintenance - ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, and managing office supplies inventory. New client set ups - maintaining the new client set up list and adding new clients onto CRM, ensuring all required info is received and correct. Ensuring any updates to client records are entered into CRM database Admin support - to include filing, photocopying and scanning, and scheduling of meetings Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom without restriction.
