This new role is critical to driving talent pipelines and attracting top-tier talent by elevating our employer brand and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. It’s a hands-on role where you will support and contribute to the implementation of our new People & Culture strategy, whilst also managing the day-to-day activity.
Reporting into our Director of People & Culture and supported by a HR Assistant, our new Head of TA role will build trusted and true partnering relationships with key leaders, building our new Recruitment strategy and local workforce plans, whilst empowering our team to become agile and innovative, ensuring that our values are meaningfully threaded through all end-to-end processes.
You won’t be doing this alone as you’ll be part of the wider People & Culture team – collaborating in particular with Senior HRBPs, Head of Organisational Development, our ED&I Network and Internal Communications.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, curious and a champion of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. We need somebody who has a strong background in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, both operationally and strategically, and who is able to redesign our processes and bring our attraction strategy in line with current market best practice.
Experience of working in a law practice isn’t essential; it’s more important that you are confident in your approach with a good working knowledge of best practice and are focused on creating a truly people-centric culture.
Our core hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday; however, if you’d like to talk to us about a different working pattern, we would welcome a conversation with you.
