Roxel UK are excited to be in partnership with MBDA to launch its 2025 Graduate scheme. Roxel is an Anglo-French Company that designs, develops, and manufactures a range of solid propellant rocket motors for use in tactical missiles used by the Defence industry.
Its operations are spread across several sites in the UK and France. The main UK operations are located at Summerfield near Kidderminster in the West Midlands and it is here that a vacancy has arisen for a Programmes Graduate.
Placement Includes
Duties & Responsibilities during the Graduate Scheme
1. Support / own the generation, maintenance and delivery of project plans, work breakdown structures and assessments of risks in support of bids for new business.
2. The definition, generation and execution of project plans for contracted work according to business needs. Scope could include development, production or research projects.
3. Resource Management – Ensure that resource management is taking place on all projects. Work with the Programme Manager to provide accurate reporting of resource supply vs demand.
4. Finance Management – Work with the Programme Manager and Project Managers to ensure that correct forecasting and cost tracking is taking place on all projects and that the information is being reported accurately.
5. Risk / Issue Management – Own and maintain the risk register.
6. Work closely with stakeholders to support and understand the business requirements for projects. Developing effective working relationships and mitigating management issues.
7. Ensure Health and Safety at Work compliance.
8. Support ongoing compliance with EN9100 Quality system and support EN9100 improvement / development initiatives.
9. Complete additional duties or tasks as demanded by business requirements.

2. A team player with the ability to deal confidently and professionally with both internal colleagues and external customers at all levels.
3. An excellent communicator with the ability to competently conduct meetings/presentations at all levels within the business and with external customers.
4. Of an enthusiastic, energetic, flexible and dedicated disposition coupled with a desire to develop and utilise new and current skills to the benefit of the business.
5. Able to develop a sound understanding of internal and external customer bid processes including the construction and justification of financial data.
Qualifications
1. A minimum 2.2 Business Degree (or equivalent).
