PowerApps Developer - Customer Onboarding Tool

A global Telecoms client is looking for an experienced PowerApps Developer to join their team on a contract basis. This role is centred around designing, developing, and deploying a streamlined customer onboarding solution that will enhance customer order start-up process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and Requirements Gathering
Initial planning, defining project scope, and identifying key stakeholders.
* Development and Customisation
PowerApps interface and workflow design based on gathered requirements.
System integration, testing, and feedback collection.
* Trial and Launch Preparation
Pilot phase, gathering user feedback, and making necessary improvements.
Final adjustments, preparation of training materials, and documentation.
Full system launch, monitoring, and post-launch support.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in developing PowerApps applications, with a focus on process automation and system integration.
* Strong knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
* Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver training and support to both technical and non-technical users.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight timelines.
