For this position, our client is looking for you to do the following:
1. Provide bespoke HR documentation to clients.
2. Support a wide range of industries with their employment documentation.
3. The work is predominantly via video call, however, there are some elements of telephone and emails involved.
4. Guide clients with all employment law/HR enquiries.
5. Build rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
6. Attend 4 meetings per day with different clients across various industries.
7. Draft client documentation and send it out after meetings.
Our client is looking for an HR Office Consultant to have the following experience and attributes:
1. Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
2. Ensuring you are up to date with legislation changes.
3. A willingness to learn and the ability to communicate effectively within the team.
4. Ability to work to precise KPI and SLA deadlines.
5. Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication and written skills.
7. MS Office knowledge and experience.
SALARY: £25,000
