We require a Framework Management Executive Assistant, supporting the Framework Leadership Team (FLT) for a large Railway Construction company. Based in Swindon and Bristol, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the team operates seamlessly, enabling them to focus on driving success across this high-profile programme. What you will be expected to do. Coordinating FLT meetings, portfolio reviews, and governance activities. Preparing reports, managing schedules, and maintaining project data. Supporting onboarding, inductions, and team-building activities. Driving wellbeing initiatives and social value projects across the framework. Overseeing tools like SharePoint and Procore for effective information management. A Valid drivers licence Relevant higher education qualification such as a certificate, diploma, or a degree (e.g business administration, project management, business and management, or Marketing and events) The Institute of Executive Assistants and Administrators (IEAA) Qualification (Levels 3, 4, or 5).
