We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Process Technician (PPT) to join our dynamic team. You will be focusing on the manufacture of our new asset LANT as the production process transitions from clinical phase manufacturing to commercial routine manufacturing. Whether you are an experienced PPT or a recent graduate eager to apply your scientific degree, this role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of innovation and contribute to a project with immense potential. This is a contract position until the end of Dec 2025, with probability of extension or being made permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing Operations: Perform upstream and downstream processing of LANT in the Bioprocess facility, adhering to GMP requirements.
2. Housekeeping and Maintenance: Contribute to housekeeping tasks, support facility maintenance, and ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
3. Qualification and Validation: Execute qualification, validation, and maintenance protocols to maintain the qualified status of equipment.
4. Troubleshooting and Improvement: Support troubleshooting activities and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with quality policies and SOPs, accurately document all activities in real-time, and escalate issues when required.
Knowledge, Abilities & Experience:
1. Degree in a scientific subject or equivalent experience
2. Understanding of basic lab techniques
3. Awareness of GMP requirements, or willingness to learn
4. Ability to perform day shifts with flexibility where required
5. Written and spoken English
