Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day financial operations including billing, invoicing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
* Develop financial forecasts, business plans, and assist with cost control strategies.
* Ensure revenue completeness and profitability analysis for customers and segments.
* Prepare and analyse monthly financial results, forecasting, budgeting and strategic financial planning.
* Provide financial insights for decision-making, supporting senior management in forecasting and long-term planning.
* Lead financial systems, internal controls, and audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
* Lead the preparation of the company's annual report and statutory accounts.
* Review and manage procurement, cash flow, and working capital.
* Improve financial processes, implement best practices, and maintain robust governance structures.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial regulations.
* Proven experience in leading audits, reviewing financial statements, and implementing financial controls.
* Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills.
* Accounting degree or qualifications (ACCA, CIMA).
