About the role:

As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll be responsible for delivering a rich and engaging curriculum to children in their early years. Your role will involve using play-based learning and creative teaching methods to support children in reaching their developmental milestones. You’ll be working with small class sizes, allowing for more personalized attention to each child, and will be supported by a teaching assistant dedicated to your classroom. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage with parents.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality EYFS lessons that support children’s holistic development.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
• Plan and execute engaging activities tailored to children’s individual learning needs.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, keeping accurate records.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
