+ Oversee all site operations, ensuring high standards in maintenance, safety, and security
+ Develop and implement a Resident Engagement Strategy, leading on events and initiatives
+ Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and building security measures
+ Manage contractor services for maintenance, cleaning, and facilities upkeep
+ Oversee tenancy processes, including applications, Right to Rent checks, and move-ins/outs
+ Work closely with the leasing team to ensure apartments are marketed and let efficiently
+ Manage budgets, optimize operational costs, and seek opportunities for additional income
+ Lead and develop an on-site team, ensuring top-tier customer service and efficiency
+ Experience in residential property management or a similar leadership role
+ Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and booking systems
+ Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH and risk assessments
+ A proactive, problem-solving approach, able to work under pressure and drive improvements
+ Experience managing teams and working collaboratively with external stakeholders
+ Qualifications such as ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH (desirable, but training provided!)
